Tuesday 22nd June

Burry Port (Near Llanelli) to Tenby. 50 Miles. 3 hours 46 minutes.

Weather - Hot/Sunny.

Accommodation: Weybourne Guest House (Proprietors – Steve and Tracy Thomas).

Phil is hoping to have a rest day tomorrow which is coincidentally the last chance saloon for the England team in the World Cup.

Photo 1 – Laugharne Castle (approx, 10 miles south west of Carmarthen). Slower progress today – the hill climbs have returned and my legs are tired from the extra miles put in over the last 3 days.
Photo 2 – Fancy a Race On the beach at Pendine Sands? Home of land speed record breaking in Britain. Beautiful old speed machine from the Beaulieu Motor Museum
Photo 3 – Arrival in Tenby. Stopped here for lunch and decided to finish cycling early and spend tomorrow here as my rest day. My legs were telling me this was a good idea
